{"id":35652,"date":"2023-06-20T13:47:04","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T16:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/rcgi\/?p=35652"},"modified":"2024-07-31T12:18:52","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T15:18:52","slug":"caetano-r-miranda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/rcgi\/caetano-r-miranda\/","title":{"rendered":"Caetano Rodrigues Miranda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"color: #252525;\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #252525;\">Professor Caetano Miranda holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Applied Physics from the State University of Campinas (1996), a Master&#8217;s degree in Physics from the State University of Campinas (1999) and a PhD in Science from the State University of Campinas (2003) with a degree at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525;\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #252525;\">He was an Associate Researcher at the Abdus Salam International Center of Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Trieste &#8211; Italy (2003-2005) and completed a Post-Doctorate in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) between 2005 and 2007.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525;\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\" style=\"color: #252525;\">Professor Caetano was an Assistant Professor at Kyoto University (Japan) between 2007 and 2009 and Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of ABC between 2009 and 2015. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Materials Physics and Mechanics at the Physics Institute of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo.
