Licenciada en Ciencias Sociales y Doctora en Sociolog\u00eda por la Universidad de Sao Paulo (USP), Brasil. Realiz\u00f3 estudios postdoctorales en la University of Cambridge y en la London School of Economics and Political Science – LSE, University of London. Es profesora de Ciencias Sociales en Salud en la Facultad de Medicina, Departamento de Medicina Preventiva de la Universidad de Sao Paulo (USP). Ha desarrollado estudios sobre los siguientes temas: proceso salud enfermedad; cuerpo y corporeidad; g\u00e9nero y tecnolog\u00edas reproductivas resultando en varias publicaciones (ver ORCID). Miembro del \u00abGrupo de Estudio e Investigaci\u00f3n en Salud, Interseccionalidad y Marcadores Sociales de la Diferencia (SIMAS)\u00bb de la USP.<\/p>\n

\"\"Profa. Dra. Consuelo \u00c1lvarez Plaza, Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM)<\/h4>\n

Es Doctora en Antropolog\u00eda Social por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Profesora Titular en el Departamento de Antropolog\u00eda Social de la UCM. Es miembro del equipo investigador del Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n \u201cAntropolog\u00eda de las Pol\u00edticas Sociales y Culturales\u201d (APSYC) de la UCM. Sus l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n: investigaci\u00f3n etnogr\u00e1fica en nuevos contextos de procreaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00edas reproductivas, parentesco y nuevas formas de familia, salud sexual y reproductiva, salud materno-infantil y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. Ha dirigido y participado en varias investigaciones relacionadas con estas tem\u00e1ticas cuyos resultados han producido diversas publicaciones (ver ORCID).<\/p>\n
