apresenta uma estrutura h\u00edbrida para automatizar a detec\u00e7\u00e3o e diagn\u00f3stico de falhas em sistemas complexos. Utilizando a an\u00e1lise de componentes principais em janela m\u00f3vel (MWPCA) e redes Bayesianas (BN), o m\u00e9todo combina dados hist\u00f3ricos e monitoramento em tempo real para detectar e diagnosticar falhas, mesmo em sistemas din\u00e2micos ou com dados limitados.<\/p><p>O estudo valida a metodologia com um modelo simplificado de hidrogerador, demonstrando sua efic\u00e1cia na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de falhas incipientes e sua capacidade de apoiar a gest\u00e3o de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em condi\u00e7\u00e3o. A proposta, denominada Reliability and Risk Centered Maintenance (RRCM), adapta os m\u00e9todos tradicionais para incorporar a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos no planejamento de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, possibilitando a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de planos que equilibram confiabilidade, custo e seguran\u00e7a operacional.<\/p><p>A efic\u00e1cia do m\u00e9todo foi demonstrada em um estudo de caso aplicado a uma usina hidrel\u00e9trica, destacando sua capacidade de priorizar falhas cr\u00edticas, reduzir riscos e otimizar a gest\u00e3o de ativos. O estudo compara tr\u00eas abordagens adaptativas, incluindo duas metodologias inovadoras que lidam com dados n\u00e3o estacion\u00e1rios e autocorrelacionados.<\/p><p>Os resultados destacam a efic\u00e1cia dessas abordagens na detec\u00e7\u00e3o precoce de falhas em sistemas din\u00e2micos e a influ\u00eancia das caracter\u00edsticas das falhas no desempenho dos m\u00e9todos.
