I have a degree in Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Motricity Science, both from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Since my degree, my academic career has always occurred in laboratories of basic research with animal models, searching to understand metabolism’s molecular mechanisms through the intervention of physical exercise. This trajectory of research was increasingly interesting and challenging. Currently, I am a PhD student and my research is to understand molecular and cellular mechanisms in models of obesity and mice knockouts in tissues such as the liver and musculoskeletal in response to the stimulation of physical exercise.
