IF, FCF e POLI (capital) contam com infraestrutura adequada para o desenvolvimento, produ\u00e7\u00e3o e caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmica e bioqu\u00edmica de nanomateriais, nanofluidos e nanocomp\u00f3sitos, nanoc\u00e1psulas, catalisadores e materiais lamelares, bem como o estudo dos mecanismos de intera\u00e7\u00e3o, incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o e citotoxidade de nanomateriais in vitro e in vivo, desenvolvimento de filtros solares e formula\u00e7\u00f5es para libera\u00e7\u00e3o controlada de ativos, enquanto os laborat\u00f3rios do Instituto de F\u00edsica (S\u00e3o Carlos) tem se dedicado ao estudo de processos de intera\u00e7\u00e3o de radia\u00e7\u00e3o (luz) com mat\u00e9ria, em particular tecidos biol\u00f3gicos e suas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es no diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento de c\u00e2ncer, e processamento em ambiente limpo (sala limpa classe 1000) equipado com processos para nanofabrica\u00e7\u00e3o; enquanto os laborat\u00f3rios do Instituto de F\u00edsica capital contam com equipamentos de caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de maior porte de propriedades estruturais, magn\u00e9ticas e \u00f3pticas, al\u00e9m de grupos te\u00f3ricos com know-how para simula\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas complexos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Os laborat\u00f3rios do CEPOF na USP S\u00e3o Carlos possuem infraestrutura para desenvolvimento de pesquisa e ensaios nas \u00e1reas de: i) Tratamento de tumores (Porfissomas, grafeno e nanotubos de carbono); ii) &#8211; Descontamina\u00e7\u00e3o de Feridas (Pontos Qu\u00e2nticos de carbono) iii) &#8211; Tratamento de pneumonia (nanopart\u00edculas de porfirina), iv) Melhora do tratamento de c\u00e2ncer de pele (nanoformula\u00e7\u00e3o com ALA) e v) Nanofabrica\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de t\u00e9cnicas de litografia \u00f3ptica, eletr\u00f4nica e por feixe de \u00edons. Nesse contexto, algumas linhas de pesquisa do CEPOF envolvem o tratamento de tumores usando a fototermia, a partir de nanopart\u00edculas de carbono (nanotubos e grafeno). Essas nanopart\u00edculas est\u00e3o sendo analisadas desde seu uso em estudos in vitro, garantindo os par\u00e2metros de morte celular e dose segura de n\u00e3o toxicidade, at\u00e9 testes pr\u00e9-cl\u00ednicos com uso de camundongos para monitoramento da temperatura e da resposta obtida p\u00f3s-tratamento, visando a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o completa do tumor, sem recidivas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Os laborat\u00f3rios da FCFRP contam com citometro de fluxo, microsc\u00f3pio\u00a0 confocal medidor de tamanho de part\u00edcula, sistema de rastreamento de nanopart\u00edculas (NTA) (Nanosight); Analisador\u00a0 de Part\u00edculas Submicrom\u00e9trica (Beckman Coulter N5 Submicron Particle Size Analyse); equipamentos para a caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o do comportamento t\u00e9rmico de nanoestruturas, equipamentos para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da morfologia de part\u00edculas e propriedade de superf\u00edcie (Microsc\u00f3pio de For\u00e7a at\u00f4mica flu\u00eddico (FlexAFM) (Nanosurf)), Equipamentos para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do perfil de libera\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e1rmacos encapsulados assim como avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da efici\u00eancia de encapsulamento; Analisador espectrofotom\u00e9trico no UV-Vis para leitura de cubetas\u00a0 (T70+);, cromat\u00f3grafo l\u00edquido de ultra efici\u00eancia (UPLC) com detector de massas (fontes ESI e APCI) e PDA (Waters), homogeneizador de alta press\u00e3o (escalonamento de nanopart\u00edculas), liofilizador, equipamentos para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de testes de mol\u00e9culas e nanopart\u00edculas em cultura de c\u00e9lulas, testes de libera\u00e7\u00e3o in vitro de f\u00e1rmacos encapsulados em nanopart\u00edculas, testes in vivo de efic\u00e1cia e toxicidade de nanoprodutos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O CNAI conta com infraestrutura multi-usu\u00e1ria dispon\u00edvel na FFCLRP, principalmente baseadas no Depto de Qu\u00edmica e F\u00edsica, onde s\u00e3o oferecidos servi\u00e7os tais como difra\u00e7\u00e3o de raios-X com ou sem temperatura, microscopia de varredura eletr\u00f4nica, for\u00e7a at\u00f4mica com dispositivo para medidas de condutividade eletr\u00f4nica, resson\u00e2ncia magn\u00e9tica nuclear, espectrometria de massa, HPLC, CG, espectrometria de absor\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00f4mica, fluor\u00edmetros, an\u00e1lises t\u00e9rmicas, microcalorimetria, espectroscopia vibracional, eletr\u00f4nicas e operados por t\u00e9cnicos do Departamento altamente especializados.
