The 21st S-PLUS Meeting took place in Paraty, Brazil, from August 16 to 20, bringing together members of the S-PLUS collaboration for scientific presentations, discussions, and exchanges. This edition also marked a special moment in the history of the collaboration, celebrating 10 years of S-PLUS and paying tribute to Dr. Laerte Sodré for his important contributions to S-PLUS and to astrophysics.
As part of the meeting’s outreach activities, members of the collaboration also visited schools in Paraty, where they gave talks and shared astronomy and science with local students.
Below are some highlights from the meeting and these special moments. The presentation slides from the 21st S-PLUS Meeting are also available online.
