Document Organization
The Technical Information Organization Section has the function of organizing the documents held in the General Archive with a view to allowing access to this information. This organization consists of establishing standards for ordering and describing documentation in accordance with archival principles.
Based on representative documentary samples, the methodology to be applied to permanent documents throughout the University is developed.
The feasibility of exposing information and documents is also studied through a database to be developed for this purpose, thus facilitating access.
Currently, work is being done on these two fronts: description methodology and database creation, while the documentation in custody is described in catalog format.
