The LAB head and its members participate in four disciplines of the graduation course in Biology at FFCLRP-USP and one discipline for two graduate programs at USP: Comparative Biology (FFCLRP/Ribeirão Preto) and Applied Ecology (ESALQ/Piracicaba).

Field work for teaching

The discipline of Conservation Biology and the discipline Ecology and Conservation of Neotropical Mammals include practical field activities. As part of these disciplines, a field work of two or more non-consecutive days is carried out in protected areas in the Ribeirão Preto region. These activities aim to take students closer to the practical aspects that involve ecology and research, in addition to the application of some methods of data collection and analyses.
