Physiological Genomics of Neurodevelopment

Abstract: The PhysioGen Lab investigates the genomic and pathophysiological foundations of neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders. It integrates genetic, epigenetic, environmental, and neurobiological data in a multi-omics and population diversity approach. Research lines include the genomics of ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders, gene-environment interactions, and risk models based on polygenic scores, focusing on Brazilian and Latin American cohorts.
