The student must check the deadline for registering for the Qualifying Exam on their student record in the Janus system. If the student does not complete the registration by the date listed in their record, they will be automatically dismissed by the system.

We recommend checking the meeting agenda closure dates of the CCP (Program Coordination Committee) and using them as a reference to submit your documentation in a meeting scheduled before your final deadline.
