The research nucleus “Cooperative Networks and Knowledge Management” (REDECOOP) was created from a partnership between a leading strategic consulting firm and EPUSP in 2000. The initial project had the theme “Generation and dissemination of knowledge through cooperative networks and virtual organizations: concepts and models to increase the competitiveness of companies.” Since then REDECOOP research nucleus composed by teachers, undergraduated students (scientific initiation), post-graduated students stricto sensu (Master and PhD) and researchers has been developing different activities such as seminars, production of scientific knowledge through papers publications in conferences and in national and international journals, scientific initiation orientation, Master dissertations and PhD theses, development of sponsored research by public funding agencies (CNPq, FAPESP, FINEP) and by various entities in the public and private sectors.
