We appreciate your contribution and are excited to review your work. Please find below the guidelines and instructions for abstract submission:

Abstracts should be written in English and follow a clear and concise format.

  1. The abstract should include the following sections: a. Title: Clearly state the title of your abstract. b. Background/Objectives: Provide a brief introduction and highlight the objectives of your work. c. Methods: Describe the methods or approaches used in your study. d. Results: Present the key findings or outcomes of your research. e. Conclusion: Summarize the main conclusions or implications of your work.
  2. Ensure that the abstract is well-structured and coherent.
  3. Use standard abbreviations and define them upon first use.
  4. References or citations should not be included in the abstract.

  2. Visit our link.
  3. Fill out the abstract submission form with your personal details, including name, email, affiliation, and contact information.
  4. Attach your abstract into the designated field on the submission form.
  5. Review your submission for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Submit your abstract by clicking the designated submission button.

Please note that all abstracts will undergo a review process by our expert panel.

Poster Submission Deadline: 29/09/2023

  1. Poster Size: The recommended poster size is 90 cm X 100 cm. Please ensure that your poster adheres to the specified dimensions.
  2. Content: Your poster should include the following sections: a. Title: Clearly state the title of your work at the top of the poster. b. Introduction: Provide background information and highlight the objectives of your research or project. c. Methods: Describe the methods or approaches used in your study. d. Results: Present your key findings or outcomes using visual elements such as graphs, charts, or images. e. Conclusion: Summarize the main conclusions or implications of your work. f. References: Include any references or citations used in your research.
  3. Design: Ensure that your poster has a clear and organized layout. Use readable fonts, appropriate font sizes, and contrasting colors for better visibility. Incorporate visuals, such as images or diagrams, to enhance understanding.
  4. Use concise and engaging language to convey your message effectively.

Roland Vencovsky Award Rules

We’re excited to highlight exceptional abstracts at the upcoming event with cash awards. These awards celebrate individuals who have shown remarkable dedication to their research. The three best works will receive an award as follows:

#1st Place – US$ 100

#2nd Place – US$ 75

#3rd Place – US$ 50

Note: Only abstracts written in English will be eligible for the award competition. The material presentations must be in English. The final oral presentation is also encouraged to be in English.
