The student must check their maximum deadline for submission on their student record in the Janus system.
If the student does not submit their dissertation/thesis by the date indicated in their record, they will be automatically dismissed by the system.
We recommend checking the meeting agenda closing dates of the CCP and submitting the documentation for the approval of the examining committee at least one month before the maximum submission deadline.

Documentation for submission:
The required documents for submission to the system must bear the electronic signatures of both the student and their advisor. The signature may be made through GovBR or USP Assina.
