ELECTRON Workshop – Electrochemistry Experiments in Synchrotron Radiation
The ELECTRON Workshop will be held on October 18, 2026, at the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM) as a satellite event of XXVII SIBAE. The workshop is open exclusively to registered SIBAE participants and will focus on the application of synchrotron-based techniques to electrochemical systems relevant to energy conversion, storage, and environmental sustainability, with special emphasis on in situ and operando studies. The workshop will play a direct role in strengthening the scientific community’s ability to effectively utilize the Sirius infrastructure, thereby expanding the impact and reach of one of the world’s most advanced synchrotron light sources.
Participation is limited to 110 attendees. Transportation (São Paulo–CNPEM–São Paulo), lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided. After completing your registration for XXVII SIBAE, please click here to submit your expression of interest. Participants will be selected considering geographical, gender, and scientific-area diversity.
