Abstract Guidelines: Rules for Submission

Instructions:

  1. Language and Format:

    • Abstracts must be written in English.
    • Ensure the abstract is clear and concise.
  2. Abstract Submission Process:

    • Prepare your abstract according to the provided guidelines.
    • Fill out the abstract submission form with your personal details, including name, email, affiliation, and contact information.
    • Attach your abstract in the designated field on the submission form.
    • Review your submission for accuracy and completeness.
    • Submit your abstract by clicking the designated submission button.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION 

Poster Example:  Example for Poster

Poster guidelines:

  1. Utilize the provided event poster model exclusively;
  2. The poster does not need to be accompanied by a cord for mounting and/or adhesive tape;
  3. Content: Ensure inclusion of the elements Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results/Preliminary Results, Discussion (if applicable), Conclusions/Perspectives, Acknowledgements (if applicable), and References;
  4. The poster title must match the accepted abstract;
  5. Design: Maintain a clear and organized layout for your poster; refrain from altering the layout of header and footer elements; the content layout is subject to the presenter’s discretion; utilize tables/figures and limit the usage of text; 
  6. Titles, names, and affiliations must be positioned at the top of the poster; the title font size should be at least 20, while authors’ names and affiliations may be slightly smaller;
  7. Utilize concise and engaging language to effectively convey your message;
  8. Poster Language: English.
  9. Presentation: English or portuguese.
  10. Poster size: 90 cm (Widht) x 120 cm (Height)

Roland Vencovsky Award

These awards celebrate individuals who have shown remarkable dedication to their research. The three best works will receive an award as follows:

#1st Place – US$ 100                     #2nd Place – US$ 75                     #3rd Place – US$ 50

Note: Only abstracts written in English will be eligible for the award competition. The material presentations must be in English. The final oral presentation is also encouraged to be in English.
