Poster Template Rules and Guidelines
Prepare your poster using the official event template and follow the specifications below. Posters must present the accepted research clearly, prioritize figures and tables, and remain readable from a distance.
Official template required:
only posters prepared with the event template
.pptx format will be accepted for presentation.
Do not alter the official header or footer.
Poster Specifications
90 × 120 cm
Width × height, in vertical orientation.
Arial and distance reading
Use Arial throughout and make all content readable from at least 2 meters.
Language
The poster must be in English; the presentation may be in English or Portuguese.

Add your content without changing the official header or footer.

Check language, dimensions, readability, and required sections.

Print and bring
Bring the printed poster with a cord securely attached for mounting on the tripod stand.

Content that must appear on the poster
The title must match the accepted abstract. Place the title, author names, and affiliations at the top, then organize the scientific content in a clear visual sequence.

Design and Formatting Guidelines
Layout and Identification
- Keep the official header and footer unchanged.
- The internal arrangement of the scientific content is at the authors' discretion.
- The poster title must be identical to the title of the accepted abstract.
- Place the title, author names, and affiliations at the top of the poster.
- The title font size must be at least 20; author names and affiliations may be slightly smaller.
Visual Communication
- Maintain a clear, balanced, and organized layout.
- Prioritize tables, figures, diagrams, and other visual resources.
- Limit long blocks of text and avoid unnecessary information.
- Use concise and engaging language to communicate the main findings.
Presentation and Mounting
Example of how the printed poster should be prepared for display on the tripod stand.
During the poster session
- At least one author must remain with the poster during the entire presentation session.
- The presenter must be available to answer questions from participants.
- Only authors listed in the accepted abstract may present the poster.
- Presentation by third parties or non-authors will not be accepted.
Tripod display
Posters will be displayed on tripod stands at the venue.
Author responsibility
The presenting author is responsible for mounting the poster in the assigned location.
Important mounting requirement
The poster must have a cord for hanging.
Please bring your printed poster with a cord securely attached and ready for mounting on the tripod stand. The event will not provide cords or other mounting supplies.
We recommend checking that the cord is firmly attached before arriving at the poster session and bringing scissors or any other additional material you may need.

Check your assigned poster date and presentation location
The poster boards in the amphitheater have been numbered, and each accepted work has been assigned to a specific presentation session and location. Consult the spreadsheet below to confirm your poster number, presentation date and time, presenter information, and assigned board. Posters must be mounted only in their designated spaces.
