LEA USP is a research group from the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of São Paulo that aims to study the fundamentals related to food processing in order to produce safer, more convenient, more economical and more nutritious products through advances in processes and equipment. This group is made up of professor, researchers, graduate and undergraduate students and employees and has the support of the research funding agencies. The LEA is integrated into the groups:
