Graduate Program in Industrial Biotechnology

The program’s areas of activity are dynamically defined, with biotechnology of industrial application as a guideline. The program includes themes of research strategic for the country and of recognized international relevance such as biomass conversion, applied microbiology, development of bioprocesses, enzymology, environmental biotechnology, functional genomics and genetic engineering of plants and microorganisms, the design of reactors and the computational simulation of bioprocesses.
