The Quantum Technologies Pillar of the CNRS-USP International Research Center is organizing a workshop for the fisrt week of 2027, as a follow-up to the QuaLiCo workshop held in Peyresq in 2025. This time, the workshop will be held at USP in the busy city of São Paulo. These workshops are meant to strengthen Franco-Brazilian collaborations in fields such as Quantum transport of cold matter, quantum sensing, and quantum key distribution, and to advance the project of opening a CNRS International Research Laboratory at USP. We are now at the stage of enquiring potential participants on their availability and willingness to travel to São Paulo, as there are other conferences in the Americas occurring in the same period.
