Publication of the book: LOCAL AND GLOBAL AGENDAS OF SUSTAINABILITY Science, technology, management and society

 

 

The book is, in part, the result of the 2020 and 2021 editions of the Interdisciplinary Seminar on Sustainability (SIS), organized by the Graduate Program in Sustainability at the University of São Paulo (USP). With the theme “Local and Global Agendas for Sustainability”, the events aimed to discuss scientific and technological knowledge, management instruments, policies, instruments and legal system that shape sustainability agendas. The events brought together researchers and graduate students in the lines of research “Environmental Management” and “Environmental Science and Technology”. Papers presented at the events were selected on the basis of peer review and form part of most chapters in this book. In addition, the work has other productions by students from the graduate programs of the Federal University of São Paulo and Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
