Next Monday, June 19, 2017, the researcher Mônica Bierwagen, oriented by Professor Dr. Sylmara Gonçalves Dias, will present her doctoral research: “Xepa’s time”: the construction of socio-environmental policies to combat food wastage in Brazil.
