[SIS 2021] Check out the event

The Sustainability Postgraduate Program of EACH-USP organized the online Interdisciplinary Sustainability Seminar (SIS 2021), on July 1st and 2nd, 2021, on the topic “Local and Global Agendas of Sustainability: science, technology, management and society”.

The event aimed to discuss the scientific and technological knowledge, management tools, policies, instruments and legal order that configure the sustainability Agendas. In the opening lecture and round table, we had the honor to count with the illustrious presences:

• Opening Lecture: Public Policies for Security and the Sustainable Development Goals.
  Speaker: Prof. Dr. Luiz Carlos Beduschi Filho (FAO)
  Mediation: Prof. Dr. Homero Fonseca Filho (EACH/USP)
• Round Table: City, Vulnerabilities and Pandemic
  Invited Speakers: Prof. Dr. Luciana Travassos (UFABC) and Francisco Cunha (Observatório do Recife)
  Mediation: Profª Drª Sonia Paulino (EACH/USP)

In the event’s programming, we also counted with the experience of Profª Drª Simone Pallone de Figueiredo  (LabJor/Unicamp), in the facilitation of the scientific dissemination workshop .

SIS 2021 had 11 total sessions, being: 07  paper presentation sessions; opening sessions; workshop session; and  closing session.
