Management Instruments

Records Management Instruments are essential tools for managing records throughout their life cycle: from production to final destination.

Since they cover the main activities carried out, these tools allow, among other facilities, the most appropriate definition of the record type, its classification, temporality and final destination.

The USP Management Instruments were revised and their new version published through Ordinance GR N. 7656, of February 10, 2021.
