The Classified Filing Plan(PCA) – October-2023 update is proposed as a tool to order, organize and find records generated or received by the University in the fulfillment of its duties, competencies and activities. The “Proteos” Protocol System uses the classification plan to open and register processes. The linking of the PCA to the “Proteos” system is being discussed with the responsible sector.
The PCA was prepared based on the identification of activities corresponding to each type of document accumulated in the archives. The activities, distributed into large classes and subdivided into categories, according to the characteristics of each area of activity, reflect USP’s activities (teaching, research and extension).
