Questions and suggestions form – Disposal Schedule

Given the dynamism peculiar to the institutional context and the speed imposed by advances in technology, the production of records at the University and its consequent management must be periodically reevaluated. Therefore, we have made available on the USP General Archive (AG) website the Questions and Suggestions Form – Disposal Schedule.

The proposed changes received will be evaluated by the AG’s Technical Team and, those considered pertinent, once approved by the competent bodies at the university level, will also be sent to the State Public Archive (APESP), as required by law.
