GIIMUS offers academic opportunities to develop research in Physics Applied to Medicine and Biology with emphasis on ultrasound, photoacoustics and instrumentation applied to medicine. We rely on grants from CAPES, CNPq, and FAPESP. To be accepted as a graduate student (PhD or Masters), the candidate is conditioned to curriculum evaluation and to be approved to enroll in the  Physics Applied to Medicine and Biology graduate program of the Physics Department – FFCLRP/USP.
