Umbrella Project: Critical Success Factors (CSF)

Exploratory analysis of Project Management practice in companies. The literature in the field of Project Management is extensive and includes several techniques, both in the organization of the management process and in critical success factors. In practice, companies approach these issues with different depths, criteria and degrees of formality and centralization. The aim of the study is to initiate an analysis of project management practices in general and critical project success factors more specifically through case studies and a quantitative research principle, always keeping in mind a contingency approach to project analysis. variables. An additional objective is to move towards identifying possible interrelationships between the adopted practices and the characteristics of the studied companies.
