Veronica Wesolowski

Graduate in Archeology from Estácio de Sá University (1992), Master in Social Science (Social Anthropology) from University of São Paulo (1999) and PhD in Science (Public Health) from Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (2007). She is currently professor at the Museum of Archeology and Ethnology at the University of São Paulo (MAE / USP), working in the areas of Brazilian Prehistoric, Bioarchaeology and Archeology, with emphasis on Paleopathology, Paleoepidemiology and Funerary Archeology.


 

 André Strauss

Graduate in Social Sciences at PUC-SP (2006) and in Geology at Institute of Geosciences of the University of São Paulo (2008), Master in Genetics from the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo (IB-USP) (2010), PhD in Archaeological Sciences at the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen (2016) and Post-Doctor at the Center for Advanced Studies of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) in Germany (2017). He is currently professor at the Museum of Archeology and Ethnology of the University of São Paulo (MAE/USP) and coordinator of  the Laboratory of Archaeology, Environmental and Evolutionary Anthropology (LAAAE) at IB/USP.

Rodrigo Elias Oliveira

Graduate (1998) and Master (2008) by the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo (FOUSP), Doctor (2013) by the Institute of Biosciences of USP (IB-USP) and Post-Doctor (2017) by FOUSP. Since 2006 has been working and coordinating the curating of the human remains of Lapa do Santo e Buritizeiro, important archaeological sites of Minas Gerais of the Early and Middle Holocene, housed in the Laboratory of Archaeology and Environmental and Evolutionary Anthropology (LAAAE-USP). Main areas of study: Bone and Dental Pathologies and Archaeological Microvestiges.
