Orientations for Discipline Proposal and Reaccreditation request (Portuguese only)

• Upon request by the instructor: the cancellation must be requested before the discipline starting date via ppget.poli@usp.br, which will forward it for approval by the CCP-PPGET;
• Cancellation due to insufficient enrollment may occur if fewer than 5 students are registered.
  

Submission guidelines:

• The proposal must be submitted by the supervisor;
• Submit close to or before the student’s thesis/dissertation submission, and no later than 10 days after submission, in order to meet the deadline for approval by the Graduate Committee (CPG);
• Number of members:
  • Qualification Exam (Master’s or PhD): 3 regular members and 3 alternates;
  • Master’s Defense: 3 regular members and 3 alternates;
  • PhD Defense: 5 regular members and 5 alternates (must comply with Article 89 – §4: the majority of examiners must be external to the Graduate Program, with at least one external to the School/Unit);
• Lattes or Google Scholar link (for international members);
• Members must have recent scientific production or a justification must be sent to ppget.poli@usp.br;
• The proposal must be submitted via the official form.
