Special Students are those registered only in isolated courses with no attachment to any USP Graduate Program (Art. 57 and 58 of the USP Graduate Bylaws).
– Researching Graduate Courses
Enter the JANUS System through the link below and, in the Public Access area, access the option “Course Offers,” then click on the button “List course offerings by field of concentration.” A list of all USP units will pop up and you can enter each one and navigate the several Graduate Programs and their Courses to identify those which might be of interest to you.

Within each Course, there is an icon for Ementa (allowing access to the contents of the Course) and an icon for Turma (informing the number of credits conferred by the Course, dates and schedules of the Course, names of those teaching the Course, the venue, and the number of Special Students that can take the Course).
Please keep in mind that each Course accepts a limited number of Special Students. Therefore, get in touch with the respective Program to know whether there are still Special Student slots available.
– Special Student enrollment in Graduate Courses
Enrollment as a Special Student takes place directly at the FMUSP Graduate Registrar’s Office. Access the link below for a list of the documents required to enroll.

– MGO 5759 – Medical Statistics applied to Obstetrics and Gynecology – 6 credits;
– MGO5758 – Ethics and Research in Obstetrics and Gynecology – 4 credits.
You can take these Courses as a Special Student or wait until you enroll in the Graduate Program and then take them as a Regular Student.
