Assédio sexual e moral nas relações de trabalho esteve em debate no dia 04/07, às 18h20, na aula de encerramento da disciplina DTB 327 – DIREITO DO TRABALHO I, em evento organizado pelo Prof. Antonio Rodrigues Freitas Jr., coordenador do Grupo de Pesquisa em Migração e Direito Internacional do Trabalho da FDUSP (GEMDIT).
O encontro, ocorreu no Auditório Prof. Rubino de Oliveira, no 1° andar da FDUSP, e teve Open Lecture pelo professor Augustus Bonner Cochran III (Professor da Agnes Scott College, Geórgia, Estados Unidos. Doutor em Ciência Política pela University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill e em Direito pela Georgia State University. Foi associado ao escritório Stanford, Fagan and Giolitto, especializado em Direito do Trabalho, em Atlanta. Autor da obra Sexual Harassment and the Law: The Mechelle Vinson Case (2004), publicado pela University Press of Kansas).
“SEMINÁRIO: 25 ANOS DA LEI BRASILEIRA DO REFÚGIO E LANÇAMENTO DAS CARTILHAS DO GEMDIT”
Os 25 anos da Lei do Refúgio estarão em debate nesta quarta-feira (22/06), às 16h00, em evento organizado pela Caritas Arquidiocesana de São Paulo, em conjunto com a Faculdade de Direito da USP, por meio do professor Antonio Rodrigues Freitas Jr., Direito Internacional do Trabalho e coordenador do Grupo de Pesquisa em Migração e Direito Internacional do Trabalho da FDUSP (GEMDIT).
O encontro, no Auditório Ruy Barbosa Nogueira da FDUSP, terá palestra do professor André de Carvalho Ramos (DIN-FDUSP), bem como o lançamento das mais recentes cartilhas do GEMDIT, gratuitas, que tratam de Direitos Trabalhistas e Previdenciários para Imigrantes e refugiados.
Também estarão presentes os palestrantes padre Marcelo Maróstica, Caritas Arquidiocesana de São Paulo; Joana Lopes, assistente de proteção do Acnur; Liliana Jubilut, professora de Direito Internacional da UniSantos; Beto Vasconcelos, ex-secretário Nacional de Justiça; Lais Nitta, coordenação geral do Conare-SP; e Jorge Boucinhas, vice-diretor do Gemdit.
O evento faz parte da programação em comemoração ao Dia Mundial do refugiado, celebrado em 20 de junho, e também da Lei, a completar 25 anos em 22 de julho, próximo. No encontro, serão abordados o contexto do surgimento da Lei de Refúgio no Brasil; a Lei de Refúgio no Brasil e os Direitos Humanos; os mecanismos atuais de aplicabilidade desta legislação, bem como seus avanços e desafios.
Na ocasião, também será lançada a Cartilha de Direitos Trabalhistas e Previdenciários para Imigrantes e refugiados, parceria entre o Grupo de Pesquisa em Migração e Direito Internacional do Trabalho (@gemdit) a Caritas Arquidiocesana de São Paulo (CASP), agora nas versões inglês, francês e espanhol:
