The Brazil-Japan Litigation and Society Seminar: Courts and Dispute Resolution was a result of the partnership between the University of Sao Paulo and the Shinshu University. The event occurred on January 8th and 9th, 2018, at Shinshu University, Matsumoto campus, Japan. Beyond scholars and practitioners from Brazil and Japan, the event had the relevant contributions of a delegation from the USA.
