Are you interested in presenting your research paper at the event? Paper submissions are invited!
Conference subject-matter and eligibility: Submissions on any subject of Public or Private Comparative Law – especially in the areas of Labor Law, Social Security Law, and ADR – are welcome. The presentation may be of unpublished or previously published articles, conference or research papers, or case studies. Interdisciplinary and co-authored contributions are also welcomed. Researchers, faculty members, young researchers, and other professionals interested in Law are eligible.
Paper selection process: The initial submission must comprise an abstract that describes the proposed paper. Abstracts will be peer-reviewed, and authors will be notified to submit full papers if accepted. The Organizing Committee will assemble papers by subject and will assign them to different panels according to their similarities. Concurrent panels will be held on September 16th, 2019.
Submission instructions: The working language of the conference is English, and submissions must be in this language. Scholars may send an email to yuri.nabeshima@usp.br, with an attachment – in Word or PDF – containing an abstract of no more than 300 words. Abstracts must include the author’s name, the paper title, institutional affiliation, position at the institution, and contact information. Each scholar may submit only one individual paper.
