NETI-USP publishes call for papers for the XI Brazilian Symposium on International Courts and Tribunals

The CENTRE FOR THE STUDIES OF INTERNATIONAL COURTS (NETI-USP) makes public the Call for Papers for the XI Brazilian Symposium on International Courts and Tribunals.

On 5 and 6 November  2021, NETI-USP will host the XI Brazilian Symposium on International Courts and Tribunals.

Applications for participation as a listener can be made until 4 November 2021. Papers must be submitted by 14 August 2021. 

Papers can be submitted by graduate students (master’s and PhD) and above (postdocs, assistant professors, full professors, etc.) in Law, Social Sciences, International Relations, or any related area. Undergraduate students and graduates may submit papers accompanied by a co-author that is at least enrolled in a master’s program.

To be selected, the submitted paper must engage with the Symposium’s theme, being a critical or doctrinal piece that brings a new contribution or points out new challenges to the implementation of decisions issued by international courts. Descriptive papers will not be accepted. Also, the paper must address some topic related to the activity of International Courts concerning Social Rights.
