With the option of carrying out defenses in the remote format, the Graduate Program in Pediatric Dentistry has strongly encouraged the participation of international professors in academic events.

Last Friday, we had the honor of having the renowned Prof. doctor Higinio Arzate, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in the defense of the doctoral thesis of C.D. Stephanie Agnes Díaz Huamán. The guidance was carried out by Prof. Dr. Andiara De Rossi Daldegan, and the project was entitled “Effect of CC-5 chemokine receptor deficiency in the development of experimental apical periodontitis”.
