USP y FAPESP en VivaTech 2025: La Innovación Brasileña en Escena en París

Nos complace anunciar que la Universidad de São Paulo (USP) participará por primera vez en VivaTech 2025. Del 11 al 14 de junio, en el Expo Porte de Versailles de París, este evento emblemático —la feria de startups y tecnología más grande de Europa— reunirá a líderes globales en tecnología, startups, empresas e inversores para impulsar la innovación y abordar los desafíos más urgentes del mundo.

El debut de USP en VivaTech será en colaboración con FAPESP (Fundación de Apoyo a la Investigación del Estado de São Paulo), y el estand de USP estará ubicado junto al de APEX Brasil, destacando la solidez de la ciencia, el emprendimiento y la tecnología brasileños en una plataforma internacional. Esta oportunidad fue posible gracias a un acuerdo firmado con VivaTech en noviembre de 2024, cuando una delegación de USP, liderada por el rector Carlos Gilberto Carlotti Junior, visitó Francia para fortalecer alianzas académicas y de innovación internacionales.

Durante el evento, USP contará con un estand de 100 metros cuadrados, donde presentará proyectos e iniciativas disruptivas que representan las contribuciones más avanzadas de Brasil a la ciencia y la tecnología. Veinte startups y otras tecnologías respaldadas por USP y FAPESP mostrarán sus avances en innovación ambiental, salud, transición energética, inteligencia artificial y sostenibilidad.

Además, los visitantes podrán disfrutar de una instalación multisensorial inmersiva que simula la selva amazónica, desarrollada en colaboración con Natura, utilizando estímulos visuales, sonoros y olfativos para transportar al público al corazón de la biodiversidad brasileña, entre otras experiencias.

Esta participación marca un hito importante para USP, RCGI y FAPESP, reafirmando su compromiso con la internacionalización, el emprendimiento científico y la promoción de innovaciones sostenibles y de alto impacto.
