Claudenor has over 16 years of experience in Information Technology. Acting as a Support Analyst in Windows, MacOS, Linux, TCP/IP Network, Video Conferencing System, Lifesize, Polycom, and Logitech. Responsible for providing technical support to the RCGI executive board, project coordinators, administration, professors, and students.

Claudenor began his career as an IT technician in 2007, going through private universities (UniRadial, Estácio de Sá) and providing services to several companies, such as American Express, Tivit, Banco Bradesco, Editora Abril, and Rede Record. He holds a degree in IT technician (2002), a degree in Computer technician and Computer Network (2007–2009). He likes technology, innovation, and people. He believes that people have more synergy when they work together. He is fluent in Portuguese, understands technical English, and speaks a little bit of English.
