Luciana holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, a postgraduate qualification in Project Management from Fundação Vanzolini at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, and an MBA in Business Management from ESALQ-USP.

With around 13 years of experience in project management, she worked for more than six years at a support foundation and has also gained experience in banking institutions and other organisations. At RCGI, she is responsible for the financial and strategic planning of projects, as well as Human Resources.

She believes in the importance of creating and continuously improving processes to organise the administrative team’s routine, strengthen collaboration with other teams, and facilitate communication and cooperation across the different areas involved.
