CO2 Abatement Programme, Projects

Project 44: LABORATORY FOR TESTS OF SUPERSONIC GAS SEPARATOR TECHNOLOGIES – INFRASTRUCTURE

This laboratory has testing facilities to carry out experiments with different supersonic technologies and for physical separation of gaseous mixtures through the concept of supersonic flow. The experimental test rig may be used to test gas mixtures at different concentrations. The built infrastructure will support research related to the area of CO2 abatement, of great demand for research currently, and any other project that aims to study the processes of gas separation using the supersonic concept.
