Project 39: DEVELOPMENT OF GAS SUPERSONIC SEPARATORS – OPTIMISATION, NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTS

The main goal of this project is to design and build prototypes of gas separation systems that employ supersonic flows. This will be achieved by means of conceptual designs of different geometries for supersonic separators, followed by analyses and optimisation of these designs.
